WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY COOKIES

Thermomix: 20 sec

330 g flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
125 g butter
205 g brown sugar
250 g fresh raspberries
125 g white chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Place in the mixing bowl the butter and sugar. Mix 20 sec/speed 4.
3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and eggs. Mix 20 sec/speed 6.
4. Add the chips and fresh raspberries. Mix 10 sec/reverse/speed 4, mixing the dough with the spatula through the hole in the lid.
5. Using two tablespoons, drop a dollop of the raspberry-white chocolate cookie dough, spacing them a few inches from each other. Bake 13-15 minutes at 350F.
Milk chocolate or dark chocolate can also be substituted making these cookies just as delicious.
